Créer fichier resource.cfg sims 4

Hey guys regarding the Resource.cfg I tried to modify it but mods just disapear from the game, when I get the mods msg it shows only scripted mods. Second thing, I see my mods listed in the .cfg file but not all of them why ? How can I make them work ? Game: sims4 deluxe edition.
